Coverages
- BIPD for scheduled autos only - $100,000 CSL
- Med Pay - $1,000, $2,000 or $5,000
- UMBI - $100,000 per occurrence
- UMPD - $3,500
- Physical Damage (*ACV) - Specified perils, Comprehensive & Collision coverages
- Cargo - up to $100,000 (some cargo commodity exclusions apply)
- On-Hook Towing - $25,000, $50,000 or $100,000
- Towing & Storage - $5,000 or $10,000
- Non-owned auto and hired auto upon approval only, no sub haul over 25% of gross revenue

Minimum Premium
$500 for Cargo + $500 for all other coverages combined
